Our Story - Belfast Brewing Company General Store

In January 2026 Belfast Brewing Company had a great idea. The Founder & CEO had done quite a bit of restaurant consulting and had been amazed at the success of the retail sales activity at the Cracker Barrel chain and thought a small retail section in the Belfast Brewing Company complex might be appropriate. The concept, a high end “General Store” selling our whole bean coffee, loose leaf tea, coffee candles and espresso machines was born.

A test store 400 Sq Ft building at Keller Flea Market in Savannah, GA, was opened April 1, 2026, and was a great success. Operating only on Saturday and Sunday we were able to make a profit and learn what potential customers liked. By July, we had outgrown our space and mover to a new location in Savannahs Friendly Market Place. This location is open Monday thru Saturday from 10am to 6pm with a customer demographic that is closer to that we will cater to with our Brewery, Irish Pub, Espresso bar and Tea House. We plan to operate at this location till St Patrick’s Day 2027 when our first brewery opens.
